Managing Director  - NomadE5 Housing Association 

Overall responsibility for the business, providing a range of housing services including general needs management and maintenance, care and support services, and leasehold management. Successfully fused the two distinct cultures which exisited prior to merger; and led the newly created organisation through Inspection.  Designed Customer First and Customer Access Strategies;  and ultimately prepared the organisation to be integrated into its parent, Isos Housing.

Group Director North - The Guinness Trust

Overall responsibility for the GuinnessTrust's business in the north of England; and Group wide responsibility for community investment and housing policy.  Successfully prepared the business in the north for merger with Northern Counties, to form the Guinness Partnership.

Senior Consultant - Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Senior consultant in the housing advisory team. Led assignments across several housing market renewal pathfinders including interim role as Managing Director of Newheartlands (Merseyside).  Delivered a range of compliance and regulatory reviews for national and regional housing associations. Shared responsibility for the design and implemention of the project to create a large metropolitan ALMO.

Senior Advisor - Lead Regulation Unit at The Housing Corporation

Part of a team of four seconded from housing associations nationally to establish the Lead Regulation Unit. The Unit focussed on innovation and creating better relationships with regulated organistions. During this time I was reponsible for leading the Corporation's relationship with Sanctuary, Places for People, Guinness Trust, Flagship Group, Bradford & Northern, Northern Counties and Yorkshire Housing Group.

Assistant Director -  Home Group

Group wide responsibility for customer involvement, performance management, and housing information systems. Operational responsibility for supported housing, leasehiold management and rent accounting. Project Manager for Home's mergers with Warden and subsequently Stonham HA; and for the establishment of Home in Scotland.
