Welcome

Since 2011, I have been working independently alongside housing organisations,  local authorities and charities who are seeking to excel, grow, and innovate.   The organisations I work with are typically looking for ways to assess their options,  create new opportunities and to succeed  - despite the challenges of today's  environment.

Socially-focussed businesses have been at the centre of my work for more than 25 years.  Before working independently, I was Managing Director of NomadE5 Housing Association; and prior to that Group Director North at The Guinness Trust.  I have held senior roles at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, The Housing Corporation and Home Group.

My combined experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of social housing and associated businessess. My expertise lies in working out how even the most complex organisations can fulfil their potential. 

I work through my company, Big Jigsaw Ltd. Where a project requires it, I work in partnership with other organisations and independent advisors. I will consider interim management roles.
